12) ATTORNEY’S FEES
In order to enforce the provisions of the User Agreement if mutualglobe.com takes action (on its own or through associate companies) including the collection of amounts due hereunder, mutualglobe.com is entitled to recover this cost from the user, who agrees to pay, in addition to amounts to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney’s fee and associated litigation expenses.
13) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

14) TERMINATION:
The User Agreement and the license contained within it herein will remain in force and continue to hold effect unless explicitly cancelled for the following reasons: (i) immediately by mutualglobe.com on account of any unauthorised access or use by you (ii) immediately by mutualglobe.com if you, the user, attempt to assign or transfer any of the rights granted to you under this Agreement (iii) immediately by mutualglobe.com if you violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which mutualglobe.com may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon the termination of this agreement all rights granted to you herewith will stand cancelled and revert to mutualglobe.com. Users will also acknowledge that in the event of termination, and regardless for the reason for cancelling your rights to access services of mutualglobe.com, there can be no refund of any fee charged, if any, for access to mutualglobe.com.
15) Communication
You consent to allow mutualglobe.com or its owners LWM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its associates or employees to contact you by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp (or a similar messaging service) or phone call. You may be contacted for your account related purpose or to provide you information about new product launch or newsletter or to apprise you of any further development that is deemed relevant for you by Mutualglobe.com or its owners, or its associates or employees or its service providers.
16) JURISDICTION:

By agreeing to the above terms and conditions and this User Agreement you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in NOIDA India in settling any disputes, should they arise, relating to the use of this website.
